For the month of February, we are recognizing Alexis Nicolaou with the Golden Pineapple Award! Alex is our Rental Distribution & Optimization Manager at CiiRUS, working hard behind the scenes ensuring homes are optimized for our users. To get to know Alex a little better, we asked him some fun questions:
What’s been a highlight of your role at CiiRUS this year?
It’s still early in the year, so no big highlight just yet. I’m gearing up to start the large Love Rentals re-optimization project properly, so I think once that’s underway and we begin seeing results, that’ll be the standout moment.
What's your favorite workday snack/meal to get you through the day?
Strong iced coffee — always. And usually a sandwich, preferably provolone and mortadella, with some olives on the side.
If you could swap jobs with anyone at CiiRUS for a day, who would it be?
Honestly… no one. I like what I do.

For the month of January, we are recognizing Joe Tyrrell with the Golden Pineapple Award! Joe has done an incredible job at the helm of the marketing team in his role as Marketing Coordinator. Joe flawlessly keeps track of the countless social media and marketing content that CiiRUS produces, as well as directing the marketing team and making sure everyone feels comfortable with their responsibilities. What’s been a highlight of your role at CiiRUS this year?
"Learning new skills because I have had stints in the sales team and also have moved to marketing."
What's your favorite workday snack/meal to get you through the day?
"A big cafetiere of coffee because it works wonders when you have a busy day."
If you could swap jobs with anyone at CiiRUS for a day, who would it be?
"Guest Relations manager because I did it for 5 years and was very good at that job role."
