Day 0

Day 1

You and your onboarding manager will begin configuring your company's workflows and general settings in the new CiiRUS account.

Day 2

We'll collaborate to set your listings up for success and ensure that the data transfer caught all the necessary information from your old system.

day 3

After learning how to manage new reservations in CiiRUS, your listings will go live on the major OTAs so you can begin earning more revenue while you wrap up the training process.

day 4

Your onboarding manager coaches you through handling guest communication in CiiRUS, from responding to OTA inquiries to automating the guest cycle process.

day 5

We'll collaborate to set up and automate your housekeeping, maintenance, and inspection processes in the CiiRUS Task Manager.

day 6

Finish off onboarding with a deep dive into owner statements, month-end finalization, reconciliation, reports, taxes, and everything you need to excel in your accounting process.
