We are pleased to announce the newly redesigned CiiRUS Help Center offering a fresh new look and easy-to-use interface!
As you'll see, there are some key differences in the new interface compared to the previous help center dashboard. Some key differences include....

When Submitting a Request, you'll be prompted to fill out the entire form, so for example, if you're having technical assistance with your CiiRUS System you'll make that selection in the drop-down menu under "Please select the option that best describes your request" and include screenshots and any necessary steps so our team of experts can better investigate your question or issue. (See image below)
You'll also find the new "How can we help you" search tool. Simply enter a keyword to find a recommended article based on your current need, and recommended help center articles will pop up in the results.
Lastly, the Answer Bot is found by clicking the blue "Help" button located in the bottom right. If you have any questions, (e.g., How do I find a booking?) all you need to do is type the question and the Bot will recommend an article or if you want to submit a ticket you can also do so by clicking "Get in Touch".
