CiiRUS was founded in 2008 in Kissimmee, FL. Our technology has led the industry-wide revolution in vacation rental technology, as we have pushed the envelope and pioneered technology every step of the way.

The CiiRUS headquarters is located in Celebration, FL, the global epicenter for vacation rentals. We have satellite offices in Destin FL, Las Vegas NV, San Francisco CA, and London UK, where the global CiiRUS team works around the clock supporting our customers and their guests.

CiiRUS is one of the only flagship vacation rental software companies entirely funded by its customers. We've grown sustainably and independently for the last 12 years, powered not by corporate investors, but by our customers. CiiRUS' measured approach to growth for us and our customers keeps us beholden to you, not an outside interest.

CiiRUS customers come in all shapes, sizes, and geographies. The platform is scalable, allowing us to serve industry stalwarts with hundreds of homes, as well as start-ups with just a handful of homes. It's well known that CiiRUS serves the lion's share of professional vacation rentals in Central Florida, but the majority of our customers are actually elsewhere. We have customers throughout the United States, and in every continent... except Antarctica!

You'll be assigned a dedicated onboarding success manager (OSM) who is uniquely responsible for ensuring a smooth transition onto the CiiRUS platform. Your OSM will guide you through data migration, training, channel implementation, website development, and through to a successful launch. You'll have regularly scheduled check-ins and one-on-one time with your OSM throughout the transition.

By joining CiiRUS, you gain access to our world-class software training team. Our trainers work with you one-on-one, considering the nuances and unique needs of your business throughout the process. Typically, system setup comprises 6 to 12 hours of training, but training is available a la carte for the life of your CiiRUS account. We've also curated a deep library of video tutorials and written manuals that are available within the software at any time.

We'll work together to extract the necessary data and reports from your old software, and bulk import it into your new CiiRUS account. The standard import captures your owners, homes, rates, reservations, guests, vendors, cleans, and more. In additional our revolutionary Vrbo-importer allows you to paste a link of your home from Vrbo, and imports the photos, descriptions, rates, availability, and other data within clicks.

Every software transition is genuinely unique, and there's no safe way to give a timeline without a close evaluation of your business model and specific needs. We aim for you to be transacting and fully trained four to six weeks after your kick-off session. You'll be fully immersed in the software and utilizing it day-to-day early on in this process, but we like to stick around and make sure your entire operational procedure is trained and implemented even after the bookings start to flow.

Our team of dedicated in-house software developers are improving the software daily. We call it our continuous development cycle. New features and updates are released into the software in real time as they are developed, tested, and deployed. We're constantly listening to feedback and pride ourselves on our agile request system. This allows us to act quickly on user feedback and implement changes rapidly.

New features and updates are released to all users at the same time without prejudice. Whenever new features are added or improved, we release user manuals and notify you of the changes without charge or delay.

CiiRUS has standing, pre-built API connections with the major OTAs and hundreds of auxiliary technology solutions, including card processors, smart home solutions, data analytics, and more. But if you want to tailor-make a connection to your own third party platform or external website, our API can be opened up to you or your developers for open integration.

CiiRUS will host your website on our world-class servers and connect to your DNS and SMTP for no charge. This means that you retain control over your website domain ownership and guest communication infrastructure without sacrificing functionality.

CiiRUS is powered by Amazon Web Services (AWS), which powers everything from Netflix, Facebook, and Adobe to the BBC and ESPN. That's some pretty good company! Better yet, we don't share your data with any party that you've not explicitly opted into connecting or sharing with through the channel manager.

Our flexible pricing models give you the freedom of choice between a flat-fee per property model, or a percentage per booking fee. Select the pricing model that makes sense for your business, and even change to a different pricing model as often as once a year.
