Each property on the web site now contains an enquire button that takes them to a form to fill in an enquiry. An email is sent to you with the details of the enquiry. All enquires are stored inside Property Manager for you to review at a later date.

The property list on your website includesa Details link where sit visitors can get a detailed quote for a particular property. Within the quote page is an ‘Email Quote’ link where the visitor can have the quote emailed to them. The email shows the property details, photos and quote details. Each quote is stored in Property Manager where you can view all past quotes and contact the potential guest at a future date.

Start Property Manager > Quotes Manager > View Saved Quotes

A new Save / Email quote option is available from the Quotes section (Q button at the very top left of screen). The option allows an email containing the quote to be sent to the guest and for the quote to be stored inside Property Manager:

Pay multiple invoices with one check. The new feature is available:

A booking can be set as cancelled

Start Property Manager > Bookings Manager > Status

Canceled bookings are set not to show as default. To view cancelled booking, check the Show Cancelled from the bottom of the Bookings Manager screen

Display the size of the party

Start Property Manager > Bookings Manager > General

Set/Display the arrival time

Start Property Manager > Bookings Manager > General

Mark a booking as late check out

Start Property Manager > Bookings Manager > General

Select a type of clean from the cleaning schedule and from a new tab that appears in the Bookings Manager. Multiple cleans can be associated with a booking from the cleans tab

Start Property Manager > Management Company > Cleaning Schedule

and

Start Property Manager > Bookings Manager > Cleans

Options include:

• Standard (End of stay clean)
• Mid Stay Clean
• Spring Clean

Print a summary of the booking including notes

Start Property Manager > Bookings Manager > Print

A show comments check box will display the comments on the bookings screen
