	* Reservations only properties are properties that you do not fully manage. Properties that you provide reservations only, possibly for another management company or other agents and wish to list them on your web site. The software disables the following features for reservations only: Owner accounts, work orders, cleaning schedules, bill payments.

	** At the start of every month cycle, active managed properties are charged at $2 each. If you delete a property you will not be charged for the deleted property. Example: On your second month you have 20 active properties, your monthly charge for month 2 is $40, then month 3 you remove (delete) a property, your monthly charge for month 3 is $38.
