| Who has control over descriptions and images displayed on a other websites |

| The Root account that manages the property has full control over the information and images displayed on a other websites. You can have multiple description sets and assign a set to any website. For example you could have a description in Spanish or a generic description for a property and assign the Spanish one to your Spanish based web site and the generic one for a particular agent website. |

| Can I select who display my properties |
| |
| Yes, you have total control to who you link to, the properties displayed and the descriptions and prices. You can assign a subset of properties to a another website. For example you may wish to make available just properties for a certain location to one agent and make other selected properties available to another agent. |

| A booking agent web site |
| |
You have agreed that a booking agent can display 50 of your 100 properties. You assign selected properties to your agent web site. You assign a set of rates for the property to an agent and also assign a description the this agent to use for the selected properties.
Note: Limitations of phase one:
The payment will always go to the Root (owning management company) account. It is the responsibility of the management company to pay the agent any agreed commissions. |

| A multilingual website |
| |
You have a created a second web site that will target Spanish speaking website visitors. The Root account (owning management company) can assign selected (or all) properties to the Spanish account. The Root account can also make available the Spanish description for each property that will be displayed on the Spanish based web site. The home page and all other web pages and button names can all be in Spanish. This will open new markets for your inventory and keep your entire system tightly integrated.
Note: In phase one limitations:
The system control display will still display in English. For example the online booking system will display English. |

| Location Based Subset website |
| |
You create a website based on a resort where you manage 10 of your 20 properties. The home page, things to do and any other custom pages for this web site are targeted at a single location or resort. This will score points targeting search engine terms due to the localization and key terms you are able to use. You could assign the 10 properties that are located on the resort to this website. You could apply a different set of descriptions and rate set to this account too. As with any website using the distribution module, all availability and reservations are synchronized to the Root account. |

| How do I create a new host account |
- Start Ciirus (do not login) Create a 10 day free trial account with a different new username
- Send an email to info@ciirus.com requesting your master account be linked with your new host account
( send master account username and new sub account username )

You can create and make available new descriptions for your partner web sites. You can also use existing descriptions if you wish. To create a new description:
Select a property > Website & marketing > Descriptions > New Set
Enter a descriptive name for your new set for example 'Mandy's Magic Villa Agent Description'
Be sure to enter the bullet points, these are used when a guest is searching for a property |
